Social Security Numbers

report only the last 4 digits of the patient's social security number on claim forms.

TDI Certified Networks

	30 networks are in place
	Always ask if a chiropractor may be the treating doctor before treating the patient..

Electronic Claim Filing

	Mandatory 1-1-08 (extended call the carrier to see if they are accepting electronic filing and how to send documentation)
	Clinics with 10 or less employees may request a waiver (must be completed by 10-31-07)
